1. Financial Terms & Payment Obligations
- Billing Integrity: All orders are subject to full settlement of applicable charges, including printing, fabrication, installation, and delivery.
- Taxation: Prices are based on the specific scope of work. VAT will be applied as per current UAE tax regulations.
- International Orders: For cross-border transactions, the client is exclusively responsible for all import duties, clearance fees, and government levies.
- Payment Schedule: Production commences only upon receipt of the agreed advance payment. While we support start-ups with flexible timelines, all balances must be cleared in full prior to delivery.
- Delays: Any delay in payment settlement will result in a corresponding shift in the delivery timeline. Sham Marianas F.Z.C holds no liability for such delays.
2. Quality Assurance & Cancellation Policy
- Defect Reporting: Clients must notify our support team within 48 hours of delivery if a product is defective or non-conforming.
- Resolution: Upon verification, we will initiate a reprint at no additional cost. Refunds are limited to the product cost only (excluding design/installation) and apply only to unused/unaltered items.
- Color Tolerance: Please note that a 100% exact color match is not guaranteed due to industry-standard tolerances. Variations within this range do not qualify for refunds.
- Finality: Once production has started, orders are final and cannot be cancelled or refunded.
3. Design Revisions & Artwork Approval
- Revision Limit: Clients are entitled to three (3) rounds of revisions based on the original concept (text and layout adjustments).
- Scope Changes: Requests for new concepts or rebranding after the initial draft will incur additional fees and timeline extensions.
- Final Approval: It is the client’s responsibility to conduct a final review. Once formal approval is granted, no further changes are allowed. Sham Marianas F.Z.C is not liable for errors or omissions in approved designs.
4. Data Privacy & Information Security
- Data Collection: We collect essential contact, billing, and design data solely for order processing and legal compliance.
- Protection: Your data is secured via encrypted communication and restricted internal access. We do not sell your data; it is only shared with essential logistics and payment partners.
- Your Rights: You may access, correct, or request the deletion of your data by contacting us at: cart@shammarianas.com.
5. Billing Disputes & Communication
Legal Costs: All administrative and legal costs arising from payment disputes will be the sole responsibility of the client.
Invoicing: Invoices are issued electronically (PDF/Image) unless a physical copy is requested in advance.
Dispute Resolution: We encourage direct resolution with our management. Unauthorized chargebacks may lead to the immediate cancellation of active orders and cessation of services.
